Yearly LA Parking Citation Comparison

This is Yearly Citations issued count bar graph. It shows on which years most of the citations have been issued. By looking at graph we can tell the year 2016 to 2018 more citations have been issued. But we can also see the that in 2018 the citation issueing count has been decresed which tells that there no relation between citation count issued and the growing population of LA city
